Whether it’s for yummy comfort food or tasty cocktails, I always find myself looking for the perfect recipe. I’m sharing my rosemary baked brie recipe on my blog today, packed with fresh herbs and flavor. And yes, this delicious creation tastes as good as it looks!

Ingredients

Brie cheese wheel (I purchased mine from Whole Foods.)
Raw, local honey
Fresh rosemary sprigs
Carr’s Original Table Water Crackers

Directions

Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.

Place the brie on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the brie starts to ooze but not melt.

Remove from the oven, and drizzle with honey.

Top with fresh rosemary sprigs, and serve with crackers.

I love serving my baked brie with a nice merlot, pinot noir, or cabernet franc.
