As we all know, I am pretty obsessed with table decor and floral arrangements. I just couldn’t help myself recently, and decided to set up a romantic dinner for two at home. This dreamy decor was my way of bringing a little event decor into the home. I had an absolute blast putting it together. Last time, the focus was on the meal. THIS time I was focused on the decor and the various elements that came together to make this table decor simply stunning.
I love anything that is sheer, and the sheer runner was the perfect accent to this decor. It gave the table this dreamy, whimsical, and romantic feel, which I absolutely loved. The floral arrangement was the main element of the table that pulled everything together. This was my first time using purple roses for table decor.
The color palette included ivory, lavender, pops of pink, and greenery, of course. I arranged a somewhat formal table setting – much more than I would set up for a typical evening at home. The place setting included a desert plate, dinner plate, wine glass, champagne glass (not standard, but hey, this is my party – I can cry if I want to!) a salad fork, a dinner fork, a knife and a spoon.
