Hi, y’all!

I’ve talked a bit about my weight loss journey as well as being vegetarian. Today I thought I would include a quick sample vegetarian menu that I’ve used a few times and is quite tasty. I created this menu for myself because organizing my meals made it way easier for me to follow through with how I wanted to eat. This menu is super light on carbs as I generally try to avoid them.
