Throwback Thursday to cocktail time featuring the Scarlett Smash. In August we launched The Scarlett Collection and celebrated with a fab launch party at the St. Regis. This is where the Scarlett Smash originated! It was our signature drink for the party and given exclusively to all of our VIP guests. I was thrilled to hear those guests rave about how amazing it was!

I sought out the recipe and am more than happy to share it with you. I promise you won’t be disappointed with this positively delish drink.

Scarlett Smash Cocktail Recipe

1.5 oz Vodka

1.5 Lemon Simple Syrup (or simple syrup muddled with lemon quarters)

1 Sprig Rosemary

1.5 oz Sparkling Wine (prosecco, if you want to make your Scarlett Smash a la St. Regis) 

Muddle rosemary and lemon simple syrup together, add vodka, top with ice and shake until frothy. Strain, pour over ice, and top with sparkling wine. Enjoy!
